Chapter 2
1 And again I lifted up my eyes and saw: behold, a man with a surveying rope in his hand. (The surveying rope symbolized the restoration of ownership of the lands).
2 I asked: where are you going? and he said to me: measure Jerusalem, to see what is its breadth and what is its length. (For measuring Jerusalem).
3 And now the Angel who spoke to me comes out, and another Angel comes to meet him, (a whole host of messenger angels).
4 And he said to this: Go quickly and tell this young man: Jerusalem will populate the surrounding area because of the multitude of people and livestock in it. (Angels broadcast through the prophet, and not directly; apparently, this angel received this information from circles close to the Persian court).
5 And I will be to him, says the Lord, a wall of fire around him, and I will be glorified in the midst of him. (The priests of Yahweh rejoice.)
6 Hey, hey! flee from the north country, says the Lord: for I have scattered you to the four winds of the heavens, says the Lord. (The Jews found themselves in a scattered position, as they were evicted from Israel and Judea, but now the priests of Judaism are calling for fleeing Babylonia – the “northern country”).
7 Save yourself, O Zion, who dwells among the daughters of Babylon. (Yahweh, that is, the knowledgeable elite of Judaism, undoubtedly means the Jews who did not want to leave Babylon and return to their homeland).
8 For thus says the Lord of hosts: For glory He sent Me to the nations that plundered you, for whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye. (Yahweh protects his people and will take revenge on those nations who robbed the Jews).
9 And behold, I will lift up My hand against them, and they will become the prey of their servants, and then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me. (Retribution is inevitable!).
10 Rejoice and be glad, daughter of Zion! For, behold, I will come and dwell in your midst, says the Lord. (Yahweh will triumph).
11 And many nations will flee to the Lord in that day, and they will be My people; and I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you. (Yahweh will triumph).
12 Then the Lord will take possession of Judah, His inheritance in the holy land, and will choose Jerusalem again. (Yahweh will triumph).
13 Let all flesh be silent before the Lord! For He rises from His holy habitation. (Yahweh will triumph).
Chapter 3
1 And he showed me Jesus the great priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him. (Priest (Greek) is the same as a priest. The Angel of the Lord is a supporter of the secret priest, Satan is the enemy of the secret priest).
2 And the Lord said to Satan: The Lord rebuke you, Satan; the Lord, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! is he not a brand plucked from the fire? (Mr. God and Satan “talk” like ordinary people).
3 Jesus was dressed in filthy clothes and stood before the Angel, (In visions, God, that is, the priest-hypnotist, appeared before Zechariah taking away sin from “his people,” their priests and leaders. In one of these visions, the high priest Jesus stood before God , but at the same time he was dressed in dirty clothes. The dirt on the clothes symbolized his vicious nature: the high priest of the Jerusalem temple had thoroughly stained himself with some unseemly actions, which caused attacks from his opponents).
4 who answered and said to those who stood before him, “Take off his filthy garments.” And he said to him: look, I have taken away your guilt and clothed you in ceremonial robes. (The hypnotist god replaced his soiled dress with sparkling formal attire.)
5 And he said, “Put a clean miter on his head.” And they placed a clean miter on his head and clothed him with clothing; The Angel of the Lord stood. (Kidar is the headdress of the Jewish high priest in the form of a turban made of fine linen, worn only on special occasions).
6 And the Angel of the Lord testified and said to Jesus: (Conversation between the angel, that is, the accomplice of the hypnotist priest and the great priest).
7 Thus says the Lord of hosts: If you will walk in My ways and if you will be in My watch, you will judge My house and keep watch over My courts. I will let you walk among these standing here. (Religious people claim that by doing so, God showed that when people direct their hearts to him, God treats them as if they were sinless. This means that the so-called God did not know what would happen to people next , therefore he is only a priest-hypnotist).
8 Hear now, Jesus, great priest, you and your fellow men who sit before you, men of honor: behold, I am bringing My servant, O BRANCH. (The priest-hypnotist considers everyone to be his slaves. The supporters of Jesus, the priestly party, had to put on stage a young prophet from a priestly family, who explained that those who oppose Jesus are the minions of Satan and that God himself forbids attacking his servant, whom he has already purified from sins. At the same time, a strict instruction was made to the high priest himself so that from now on he would walk only “the paths of Yahweh" and stop straying from them, which apparently happened to him before; then he would retain his high rank and power. But together there will be a “branch” with him – undoubtedly, this refers to the “branch of the root of David” Zerubbabel, with whom Jesus must live in harmony).
9 For this is the stone that I lay before Jesus; on this one stone there are seven eyes; Behold, I will engrave his mark on it, says the Lord of hosts, and I will blot out the sin of the land in one day. (Stonemasons often put various “clever” sayings on stones).
10 In that day, says the Lord of hosts, you will invite one another under the vine and under the fig tree. (The meeting will be under the “sacred” plants).
