As part of the cooperation, in 2013 the company plans to allocate funds to finance social projects in the Krasnoyarsk Krai, including the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenetsky municipal district and the village of Karaul. Currently the company is implementing two infrastructure projects in the Krasnoyarsk Krai. The first one includes the development of two fields located in Taimyr: Suzun and Tagul. In 2013, preparatory work is planned in the Suzun field, as well as the completion of field infrastructure facilities design. Full field development is scheduled for 2016.
The second project is development of the Kuyumbinskaya group of fields in the Baikitsky district (Evenkiysky district, the Krasnoyarsk Krai), which are being developed by LLC Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz, a joint venture of TNKBP and Gazprom Neft. According to Viktor Tomenko, First Deputy Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Krai and Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Government, the agreement confirms the partnership between the Krai Government and TNK-BP in the development of oil and gas complex and joint solution of social problems. “We highly appreciate the company’s efforts to develop its production infrastructure in the region, since implementation of the large-scale projects in the oil and gas industry is an integral part of the Krai's long-term social and economic development strategy,” emphasized V. Tomenko. “Oil and gas industry plays a key role in solving the task of increasing the pace of economic growth of the Krasnoyarsk Krai and the country as a whole. TNK-BP is a major investor in the new prospective projects in the Krasnoyarsk Krai, which will provide a significant increase in TNK-BP’s cumulative production,” says TNK-BP's Vice President Oleg Chemezov. “At the end of 2012 the Company expanded its presence in the region by acquiring the Lodochnoe field. I’m sure that active cooperation with the regional government will enable us to create efficient oil production hubs, which will foster the growth of tax payments to the Krai’s budget, the development of local manufacturers of goods and providers of services, the implementation of socially important projects, and residents’ welfare improvement.”

1. Field development plans (FDPs) give you the best technical solutions for field optimization. FDPs comprise all activities and processes required to develop a field: environmental impact, geophysics, geology, reservoir and production engineering, infrastructure, well design and construction, completion design, surface facilities, and economics and risk assessment.
2. The Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations assists the General Assembly in promoting international economic and social cooperation and development. ECOSOC has 54 members, all of whom are elected by the General Assembly for a three-year term. 4. Supplemental agreements are legally binding documents that are used to modify contracts that are already in force. This type of document is sometimes used as a means of allowing the existing agreement to remain in place with the same ending date, while adding or removing some provisions or terms to the working relationship. A supplemental agreement is often ideal solutions when there is no desire to renegotiate an entirely new contract to take the place of the current agreement.
5. The cumulative production is the sum of all oil that has ever been produced until a specific date. Cumulative production can be given for a field, oil basin, country or the world.
