Наконец, прессе, ориентированной на языки меньшинств, возможно, нужно оказать финансовое содействие, дабы освободить ее из-под власти рекламодателей и бюрократов. Эти СМИ должны иметь возможность обсуждать вопросы, наиболее волнующие их читателей.
